practitioner since 1974 emphasizing serious felony and capital cases. Five years
senior staff attorney for the California State Public Defenders Office. Faculty
member, California Appellate Advocacy Institute and California Attorneys for
Criminal Justice (CACJ/California Public Defenders Association (CPDA) seminars.
Former Co-chair of CACJ Appellate Practice Committee. Lecturer for CACJ, CPDA
and Capital Defense seminars. First published FORECITE California in 1990, after
several years of development, to supplement and expand criminal jury instruction
beyond CALJIC. Mr. Lundy is the author of "The Jury Instruction
Corner" which appears as a regular feature in many criminal defense
publications including the CACJ FORUM, CALIFORNIA DEFENDER, the California State
Bar Newsletter and NACDL's CHAMPION.
