SAMPLE INSTRUCTION # 1:
You are instructed that before you may return a verdict of guilty as to [the] [either] defendant on the charge of disorderly conduct, you must agree unanimously as to the specific conduct or course of conduct [physical acts or language], which the defendant __________ (name of defendant) engaged in [and the specific conduct or course of conduct [physical acts or language] which __________ (name of co-defendant) engaged in]; if and only if you are able to agree unanimously as to a specific instance of conduct or course of conduct for [the] [each] defendant, you must then proceed to determine unanimously whether such conduct constitutes disorderly conduct as I have defined it for you.
