SAMPLE INSTRUCTION:

   If any member of the jury observed the defendant in handcuffs, I charge you to disregard this observation in weighing the evidence in this case. It is the regular practice of deputy sheriffs to escort persons to and from court in this manner and no inference of the guilt of an accused may be drawn from this practice.
