1. Making false statement to government agency. (18 USC 1001.) (United States v. York, 888 F2d 1050 (5th Cir. 1989) [although § 1014 requires additional element of intent to influence financial institution, not merely any government agency, § 1001 does not appear to be lesser included offense of § 1014].)
