Campbell v. Louisiana, 523 U.S. 392 (1998) (holding that a defendant had to object to race-based exclusion of grand jury foremen on Equal Protection grounds even if the defendant is not of the same race as the excluded foremen).

Vasquez v. Hillery, 474 U.S. 254 (1986) (holding that intentional discrimination in the selection of a grand jury is “a grave constitutional trespass,” which can not be remedied by harmless error review).
